Power Washer/painter

**Hydro-Might Power Washing and Coating, LLC is hiring**

Our offices are located in Belvidere, NJ and we work throughout Northern and Central NJ. We are looking for someone who is hard-working and driven. Our hours of operation are Monday through
Friday (day shift).

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The power washing of, including, but not limited to, houses, concrete surfaces, decks, fences, commercial buildings, communities
- Staining and brushwork on wood surfaces
- Use of power washers and surface cleaners to clean exterior areas
- Interior and exterior painting
- Ensure the overall safety of the immediate work area as well as surrounding areas
- Upon completion of job, sweep, clean and pick up any trash left, as well as clean and put away equipment
- Assist with small maintenance repairs
- Perform other duties as assigned

**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid New Jersey Driver’s License and vehicle
- Painting experience is desired
- Power washing experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of the safe handling and operation of equipment and materials used in power washing and painting/staining
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to understand simple verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform some or all of the physical tasks involved in lifting, climbing ladders, power washing, painting and related power washing duties

Starting rate is based on experience. There is a lot of earning potential.
