**We are a growing company that promotes their most dependable movers to a career path that includes leadership roles like Crew Lead, Site, Regional, and Area Managers.**

**General Position Summary**:

- **Packing items, prepping/padding furniture, loading/unloading trucks, and placing items in customer's homes while demonstrating exceptional service and professionalism - training is provided**

**Essential Functions**:

- **Provide excellent customer service by performing all responsibilities with care, attention to detail, and efficiency**
- **Properly wrap, pad, and carry client belongings safely to avoid damage**
- **Load items safely for transport, unload items safely to destination**
- **Give strict attention to client instruction for placement etc.**
- **Ensures trucks are cleaned, swept, restocked before starting each move.**
- **Understands, supports, and follows Crew Lead and Site Managers**
- **Conveys any client concerns immediately to the Crew Lead or Site Manager**
- **Willing to work year-round in all types of weather conditions**
- **Other duties as required**

**Requirements/Skills**
- **Physical strength and agility: Lifting, loading, and unloading heavy boxes, furniture, and appliances (up to 75 lbs or more) is required daily. Shoulder straps, hand trucks, dollies and other equipment are all provided to assist.**
- **Teamwork: Great communication skills, patience, a collaborative spirit, and ability to work effectively within a team are essential**
- **Customer Service: Our clients are sometimes under significant pressure, so the ability to remain professional, patient, and gracious in any circumstance is required**
- **No experience with moving required - training provided**

**Great tips - up to $200-$400 a week**
