About Us: Griswold Home Care of Chester and Lancaster County is a family owned and operated home care registry. We have provided services for our community for over thirty years, and enjoy a mission of helping the elderly age in place by providing those in need with highly qualified and experienced caregivers. We pride ourselves on our ability to meet those needs of our clients through coordinated team efforts and excellent communication with clients and their families

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

You’ll play a vital role in our mission by:

- Answering phones to work with clients and caregivers
- Interacting with potential new clients by reviewing services and scheduling intakes
- Utilizing enterprise services to update requested schedules and care needs
- Recruiting and interviewing new caregivers

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Relevant experience, especially in home care and scheduling
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills
- A pleasant phone manner and a strong desire to help others
- Creative problem-solving abilities, organization, and attention to detail
