Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare cold dishes, salads, and appetizers according to recipes and standards
- Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes
- Maintain inventory control of pantry items
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Pantry Chef or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of banquet preparation and presentation
- Strong leadership skills to guide pantry staff effectively
- Familiarity with bartending techniques is a plus
- Understanding of kitchen operations and restaurant management
- Ability to manage inventory effectively

Pay: $23.33 - $26.48 per hour
