Preschool Teacher and Childcare Provider

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. Your role will involve implementing age-appropriate activities, ensuring the well-being of each child, and fostering their social and cognitive development. Duties: - Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in a daycare or classroom setting - Create and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development - Maintain a safe and clean environment for children to play and learn - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise - Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment - Utilize classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and discipline when necessary - Provide support for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention services - Follow all child welfare guidelines and regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of each child Skills: - Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Knowledge of special education practices and techniques for supporting children with diverse needs - Ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with age-appropriate developmental milestones - Excellent classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment - Understanding of child welfare regulations and best practices for ensuring the safety of children We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for professional growth within our organization.
