**WHAT DOES A TRIAGE SPECIALIST DO?**:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments, prioritize cases, manage high volume of inquires in a timely manner, coordinate with professionals and other staff, to ensure timely and accurate service. Pull reports for all units, service all different models.

**Experience in appliances a bonus**

Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and equipment such as multimeters, voltage testers, and hand tools is advantageous. Training and certification in appliance repair, particularly for Samsung appliances, will be provided during the onboarding process.
