Cloud303 is a rapidly growing cloud-based consulting company that partners with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deliver top-notch cloud solutions to businesses. We are seeking an experienced Operations Associate to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

The Operations Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's daily operations. This position will report directly to the Production Operations Manager and is responsible for implementing and overseeing various operational tasks, optimizing processes and supporting the operations team to meet organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Support**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze the efficiency of operations and workflows.
- Provide support to the operations team to ensure smooth daily activities.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline processes.
- Maintain documentation of processes and update as necessary.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Collect, analyze, and report on operational data to support decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead and participate in special projects aimed at improving operational performance.
- Develop project plans, coordinate tasks, and track progress to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate project status and results to stakeholders.
- **Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align operational activities with organizational goals.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks through proactive measures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role.
- Proven track record of improving operational processes and managing projects.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to independently assess and identify workflow inefficiencies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and operational software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organization and task management with an ability to prioritize and keep team informed on a periodic basis.

**Compensation/Benefits**:

- Salary Range for this position is $50k - $75k
