Entry Level Automotive Sales Assistant

Job Summary:
Schlossmann Honda City is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Automotive Sales Assistant. This is a full-time, hourly sales position in the auto industry, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a sales assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting our vehicles, and contributing to our overall sales goals. This is an individual contributor role, offering opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Sales Managers with daily administrative duties and other required tasks to keep the sales department organized
- Learn and maintain knowledge of vehicles and specifications to effectively present and promote them to potential buyers
- Assist sales team with various administrative tasks, such as updating customer information, preparing sales documents, and organizing inventory
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and changes in product offerings
- Uphold the dealership's policies and procedures, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace and adhering to ethical practices

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly and effectively
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
