Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Server/Cashier to join our team. Bilingual is a plus but not required.

As a Server/Cashier, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide them with menus
- Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Bring food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Upsell menu items and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Process customer payments using cash register or POS system (Aloha POS)
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas and workstations
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Note: This is a Hourly paid plus tips position.

Pay: $15.41 - $16.84 per hour
