**Location**: Woodland Northern California
**Type**: PT-time, Possible FT Hybrid
**Experience Level**: 1 to 3 years

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the processing of bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
- Help with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, file maintenance, and HRIS system updates.
- Engage in special projects and initiatives that contribute to the goals of the HR department.

**Qualifications**:

- A demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with a willingness to learn new software and systems.
- No previous HR experience required; training will be provided. For higher pay range, must be fluent in Spanish and have prior experience in HR and Payroll/Accounting exp.
