Landscape Foreman

**Position**: Foreman

Craig’s Landscaping is a growing landscape and construction company dedicated to creating beautiful and sustainable outdoor spaces. We are seeking a motivated and organized Foreman to join our team and help us deliver exceptional and timely results to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and managing all phases of landscape and construction projects.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and communicate progress updates.
- Schedule and supervise the work of subcontractors and in-house teams.
- Assist crews on-site as needed to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
- Monitor call-backs and make adjustments as necessary
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work orders, change orders, and progress reports.
- Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and resolve any issues that arise.
- Assist in sourcing materials and negotiating with suppliers for best prices and quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in landscaping or construction.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of landscaping and construction techniques, materials, and best practices.
- Knowledge of excavating and asphalt; irrigation is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; a valid MA hoisting engineer’s license is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, and lifting over 50 lbs on occasion.

Pay: $60000 - $70000 / year
