Heavy Equipment Operator

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment, including roll off trucks, bulldozers, farm machinery, backhoes, concrete mixers, cranes, and tankers. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment - Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, meeting project deadlines - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations on job sites - Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements: - Proven experience operating heavy equipment, including roll off trucks, bulldozers, farm machinery, backhoes, concrete mixers, cranes, and tankers - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements - Strong knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance procedures - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans - Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity - Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, walking, and operating heavy machinery - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
