Club Volleyball Coaches

Blaze Sports & Fitness is looking to hire volleyball coaches.

**Qualifications**:
Strong role model for all athletes, positive encouraging attitude, takes pride in their work and team

Professional and self starter

Volleyball playing and/or coaching experience preferred

**Responsibilities**:
Represent Wisconsin Blaze Volleyball and USA Volleyball on and off the court

Teaching all athletes appropriate skills and fundamentals

Teaching rules and sportsmanship of the game

Attends coaches meetings and participates in trainings

Actively promotes Blaze to the outside community

Ability to demonstrate proper skills and techniques of volleyball to athletes

Develop an effective and appropriate practice and game plan

Effectively communicate with players and parents regarding schedules, practices, and team information

Ability to work evenings and some weekends

Ensure eligibility of all athletes and self, submit eligibility in timely manner

Other duties as assigned

**Benefits**:
Pay depending on team and experience: $1,250 - $3,100

Pay: $1,250.00 - $3,100.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Sports coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
