Server/waiter

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Assist in bussing tables and sanitizing work areas
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Upsell menu items and promote specials
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Utilize OpenTable or similar reservation systems

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in food handling and customer service preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling checks and payments
- Familiarity with food safety protocols
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Experience with upselling techniques is a plus
