- Minimum 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 / 9.2-NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, Base Benefits Implementation, Support, and Development Resources should be proficient in the core modules of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1-NA: payroll, time & labor, recruitment, and base benefits.
- Experience in other modules like core HR and self-service.
- The resource should have PeopleSoft technical expertise of around 40%.
- Experience in integrations and AWE is a must, and PeopleSoft's functional expertise is around 60%.
- Having exposure to PeopleSoft Financials 9.1 will be a plus.
- Resource should be able to work out of the client location in San Carlos, CA.
- The resource should be flexible enough to provide a daily handshake for an hour with an offshore team based out of India.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience working on global projects means you can coordinate with multiple stakeholders and should be able to do the customer-facing role.
