Job Title: Territory Manager

Location: Roanoke, Virginia

Heartland Payment Systems is looking for a Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers and driving sales growth in your assigned region while also serving as a player/coach.

We provide a range of innovative payment processing and technology solutions, including credit card processing, payroll, lending, e-commerce, and marketing support. As a Territory Manager, you'll work closely with your direct reports to provide coaching, support, and guidance in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and exceeding sales goals. You'll also be responsible for your own sales quota and driving revenue growth in your own accounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth in your assigned region
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts
- Monitor and report on sales activity and performance, providing guidance and coaching as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Hire and onboard new Relationship Managers as needed
- Achieve individual sales goals and drive revenue growth in your own accounts

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of sales success, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple direct reports and prioritize tasks
- Ability to achieve individual sales goals while leading and coaching a team
- Knowledge of payment processing and technology solutions a plus

This is a commission-only role, offering unlimited earning potential based on your sales success, including residual income from ongoing client relationships. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement benefits.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
