- **Part Time -----Looking for an "On call" Handyman/woman for repairs needed for an apartment building.**_.. Need to have years of experience fixing little things, faucets, door glides, window glides, mail box lock replacement, change door locks.... Must live in Modesto (near McHenry & E Organgeburg even better). Reason do not want someone driving a 1/2 hour to just get there. We need everything from Painting Apartments when residents move to fixing fences, and faucets & windows & all sorts of little fun things in the middle

Note we like people that can read & act properly on it, like...(these are examples)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 30 per week

Schedule:
