- Previous experience as an industrial painter or in a similar role is REQUIRED.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in painting and surface preparation
- Experience with materials handling, including forklift operation, is desirable
- Familiarity with auto body repair techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
