Oasis Wellness Partners is looking for an energetic, organized team player to add to our exceptional group of wellness professionals. As a receptionist your job will include, but not be limited to:

- Answering phone calls for Oasis, returning messages and scheduling multiple types of appointments.
- Supply ordering & inventory.
- Working with scheduling and Microsoft software such as MassageBook, Excel & Outlook.
- Gain and share knowledge of wellness services such as massage, reflexology, acupuncture, hypnosis, reiki and yoga.
- Help set up rooms between practitioners & offer general support such as laundry, checking out clients and taking payments.
- General filing & clerical work.

Receptionist experience is a bonus but not required, we are willing to train the right person

Join the Oasis team in our beautiful office in coastal Scarborough Maine.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)
