High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus.2. Previous experience in caring for toddlers or young children, preferably in a childcare or preschool setting.3. CPR and First Aid certification for infants and toddlers.4. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.5. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with parents, colleagues, and, most importantly, toddlers.6.
