Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks at buildings, townhomes, and Condominiums in the Chicagoland area. This is a paid position with opportunities for career growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Install fixtures, and equipment as needed
- Paint walls, ceilings, other surfaces, and make drywall repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and strength
- Effective communication skills
- Must have Drivers License and good driving record.
- Supplied Vehicle for driving to properties

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
