We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Injury Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

**Job Overview**: As a Personal Injury Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our legal software solutions can benefit their personal injury practice. This role requires a deep understanding of the personal injury legal landscape and a passion for technology.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients within the personal injury law sector.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and challenges of prospective clients.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our legal software solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at law firms.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure successful implementation and usage of our software.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the legal or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
