Job Description: Receptionist

Hiring for below shift

Mon-Fri 5:15pm-9:15pm (could be asked for the morning shift if needed)

Sat: 1pm-6pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner in Korean/English
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Perform data entry tasks such as order entry and updating patient/client records
- Transcribe documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to the office staff as needed

**Skills**:

- Required to perform both verbal and written communication skills in Korean/English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a gym. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and clients.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
