**Jensen Maintenance and Construction, Inc** specializes in maintenance for rental properties throughout the county. We have a **Maintenance Technician position** available for immediate Hire

As a Maintenance Technician you will perform interior and exterior preventative and repair maintenance, including but not limited to general maintenance requests, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting. You will be required to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and team members while operating in a safe manner to uphold safety and operations standards.

Job Duties:

- Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies
- Perform turnover work needed, when tenants move out
- Prioritize, schedule and perform maintenance repairs in occupied & vacant units as needed
- Assist in any other projects and activities as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one year of maintenance technician experience required, multifamily experience preferred
- Experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, preferred
- Working knowledge of appliances preferred
- Cabinetry skills preferred
- A valid class C driver's license

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (compensate based on experience).
