Church Cleaner

**Job Overview**:
**FRIDAYS ONLY CLEANING FOR**

**8 HOURS**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for employees and visitors.

**Duties**:

- Perform commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure consistent quality standards
- Perform floor care duties including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $22.02 per hour

Application Question(s):

- This location needs to be cleaned once a week, either on Fridays or Saturdays. It'll take about 8 hours, and the time can be flexible. Can you accommodate that?

**Experience**:

- Janitorial: 2 years (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Homerville, GA (preferred)
