**What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table**:
- Must have own hand tools.
- Proficient in most areas of Apartment maintenance: apartment turnover, plumbing, painting, dry wall, floor covering, etc.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic and positive team-player attitude.
- Strong time management skills.
- Solid communication skills.
**Your Calling Will Be**:
- 4 Years direct experience in apartment maintenance or 4 or more years in related fields.
- Computer skills desired.
- Familiar with basic tools and chemicals.
- Ability to function effectively in a customer service environment.
- Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
**Required**: Satisfactory drug test and background check.
