**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform detailed auto body repairs on a variety of fleet vehicles, ensuring top-notch quality and precision.
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine the extent of damage and necessary repairs.
- Use advanced techniques and tools to repair and restore vehicle bodies to their original condition.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled technicians to efficiently manage repair workloads.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and staying current with industry trends and advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Body Shop Technician.
- Possess your own set of professional-grade tools.
- Proven expertise in auto body repair and refinishing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Professional demeanor with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $21.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
