**Your Duties Will Include**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, painting, carpentry work, light plumbing, light electrical, assembly, gutter cleaning and more
- Interact with customers and provide superior customer service and onsite estimating
- Use provided tablet and software to complete accurate estimates and invoices

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance person, carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to provide your own tools
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Knowledge of various trades
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to successfully communicate and interact with customers in person
- Punctual and reliable

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
