Dining Coordinator

WeWe are currently seeking a **Full Time Dining Coordinator** to join our enthusiastic team at The Hearth at Drexel

The Hearth at Drexel is a premier retirement community in Bala Cynwyd, PA. We take pride in our dedicated team members who support and care for our residents.

**Shift/Schedule Available**:

- 7:00a.m.7:00p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, and every other weekend

**Some job responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for ordering kitchen stock and food for household kitchen.
- Financially responsible to maintain proper inventory supply levels for the dining aspects of the household.
- Prepare, cook, and present daily meals or room trays in accordance with meal service standards and resident diets.
- Handle food in accordance with standards for meal handling and sanitation standards, including labeling and dating of stored food.
- Prepare meals in compliance with therapeutic diets and portion control.
- Clean dining areas including the dining room, kitchen, and pantry in accordance with regulatory housekeeping standards and schedules.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- One year of Dietary experience.
- Eligible for Serv Safe Certification.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Shift:

- 12 hour shift
