**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and lead a team of plumbers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, and perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations in all plumbing work
- Coordinate with project managers to plan and schedule plumbing projects
- Estimate materials and labor costs for plumbing projects
- Train and mentor junior plumbers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, and promote a culture of safety within the team

**Requirements**:

- Previous work experience as a commercial plumber is essential.
- Highly skilled in repairing, diagnosing, and performing preventive maintenance on commercial plumbing systems.
- Experience in commercial service and installation
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Familiarity with standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plumbing drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the field
