**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare and process journal entries for various transactions
- Conduct payroll processing and maintain payroll records
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Utilize 10-key typing for data entry tasks
- Handle governmental accounting tasks efficiently
- Utilize accounting software such as Quick Books Online for financial management
- Collaborate with internal teams for corporate accounting needs

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working in bookkeeping or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Familiarity with technical accounting practices
- Experience in public accounting is a plus
- Proficiency in using 10-key typing for data entry tasks
- Knowledge of payroll processing procedures
- Ability to work with various accounting software

Pay: $18.57 - $19.28 per hour
