: The Director of Success manages the programming and case management processes of the shelter. This includes responsibility for all aspects of case management, skills training programs, youth programming and relationships with outside providers of medical and mental health services. This position requires strong knowledge of human services programming and case management processes, as well as strong statistical and computer skills. Prior leadership of hourly staff, scheduling and social work experience required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supervise programming and case management team at shelter, including staff and volunteers. Provide direct case management as needed.
- Manage residential capacity of all Freedom House facilities, including coordinating the intake and exit procedure.
- Responsible for development of youth programming and aftercare services.
- Responsible for all data entry on Homeless Management Information System. Ensure accurate monthly reporting of clients served.
- Coordinate with area partners to ensure our residents’ needs are met and respond to their requests for space/technology requirements (NEW Community Clinic, Foundations for Mental Health, Financial Planning Volunteers, Children’s Museum and UW-Extension).
- Coordinate with area school districts on bussing/logistics, enrollment and attendance.
- Represent Freedom House at community meetings as needed.
- Ensure compliance with government grants requirements and reporting.
- Create the rotating shelter coverage schedule and be the manager of the on call schedule for nights and weekends.
- Employ a Trauma Informed service philosophy when developing interaction opportunities for clients, volunteers and service providers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience required or Master’s degree in social work and experience in case management, programming and leadership strongly preferred;
- Strong computer skills, Office 365 and Onedrive experience and the ability to learn new programs.
- Ability to maintain clear personal and professional boundaries.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing and sometimes stressful environment.
- Team oriented, flexible and willing to help in other areas as needed.

Pay: $52,223.28 - $58,000.00 per year
