**JOB SUMMARY**
The courier is responsible for delivering as well as picking up supplies and/or samples at various client locations around the Northeastern region of the United States. This individual will be interacting with clients and must be professional and courteous at all times.

**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate daily deliveries/pickups with Client Services
- Manage schedule and routes to meet desired pick-up/ delivery windows
- Execute responsible driving while utilizing company and personal vehicles
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while transporting materials
- Be professional and courteous in all interactions with clients
- Communicate proactively any issues as they arise directly with Client Services as well as the client

**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**

Qualifications include a professional and courteous attitude. The individual must have an active driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Prior courier experience and familiarity with roadways in the Boston metropolitan area a plus.
