Leasing Associate

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has a great career opportunity on our Thalhimer Multifamily team. We are seeking a Leasing Associate in Staunton, VA at Manchester Townhouses.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Plans and participates in marketing activities to attract prospective residents.
- Demonstrates community and apartment/community knowledge and communicates the features and benefits of the community with potential residents.
- Assists the Community Manager with a number of on-going administrative functions of the community including processing rent payments.
- Provides excellent customer service to current and future residents.
- An assertive go-getter with the ability to multi-task and deal with a fast paced environment.
- Possess an extreme attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
- Dependable and flexible -Ability to recognize areas of improvement and work closely in a team environment.
- Ability to relate to people and enjoy customer service.

**Other Criteria**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook and have experience with property management software.
- Be able to make a difference
- MRI experience preferred but not required.
