We have openings for **Full Time Swimming Pool Sales Consultants** at Parrot Bay Pools in Benson, NC starting May 2024.

You would work 40 hours per week and rotate weekends with other sales reps. We offer a base salary with bonus. Max bonus offers aggressive commission plans with no cap on earnings. - **Base Salary plus Bonus**
- Responsible and accountable for driving and increasing pool sales
- Serve as key resource for all customers within designated geography
- Responsible for completing weekly reports and any reports requested by the management team
- **Qualifications**_
- Three to five years of outside sales experience or a college degree and 1-2 year’s work experience
- Proficiency with computers Solid interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must enjoy meeting people and providing solutions that build long term business relationships
- Knowledge of the swimming pool industry is a plus but not a requirement
- Must enjoy working with diverse teams of dynamic individuals who strive to win
- Must have reliable transportation and an excellent driving record
- Must be punctual and precise
- Must understand profit and loss
- Answer all calls in real time, with a goal of no calls to voice mail
- **BE A CLOSER**, have a high signup ratio
- Listen to customer complaints and work with the Service Manager towards a resolution
- Be a Listener
- Coordinate with our field staff in a support role
- Be present on dig day
- Have reliable transportation
- Complete daily and weekly tasks as assigned

Pay: $50,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
