Server/bartender

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender And Servers to join our team. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a memorable experience for our guests through exceptional service and beverage preparation.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash and operate the cash register
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption and ensure safety
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately

- Sales experience

- Familiarity with the food industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.22 - $16.40 per hour
