General Laborer/helper

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer/Helper to join our team. As a Laborer/Helper,

You will work with the owner/operator of the company every day. The ability to learn grow and take on more responsibilities will be presented on a daily basis and someone who takes advantage of these opportunities will be compensated accordingly.

**Duties**:

- set up and break down job site on a daily basis
- responsible for stocking work truck and storage buildings with necessary materials
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Load and unload materials from trucks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Mechanical knowledge is required
- Ability to assemble and fabricate products
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions are not available.

Our company is very multifaceted and it is our biggest asset. Help must be prepared to excavate/pipe work one week or tile a bathroom on the next job. If it’s part of building or repairing a home or business then there’s a good chance you will be required to do it. From concrete and carpentry to custom trim and landscaping there is no monotony here

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
