**Premier Health Associates** is the region’s largest primary care based, multi-specialty medical group providing our communities with excellent patient care at 14 locations throughout Sussex, Warren, and Pike Counties. This full-time position is being added to expand our team of top performers and will report to our Billing Manager.

**Duties to include**:

- Managing day to day operations of the Billing Department
- Daily duties related to various departmental assignments
- Prescreening, training and development of Billing Department employees
- Assisting with corporate compliance audits
- Revenue Cycle review, tracking, and reporting
- Managing employee access to insurance websites
- Project work as needed in changing corporate, healthcare, and legal environment
- Assisting with department related workload, management, training, and planning as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or a healthcare specific field _**required**_
- 3 years’ experience working with healthcare insurance claims and working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle required
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
- CPC or equivalent certification
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Solid written and oral communications
- Proven leadership skills and partnership skills
- Ability to motivate and lead in a team-based environment
- Resourcefulness, time-management, organization, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Adaptability to healthcare and practice changes in a progressive environment
