Gameroom Staff

**Job Overview**

As a member of Nifty Fifty’s Game Room Staff, you will be required to maintain multiple areas of the game room. You will be required to repair and maintain our building, games, & golf course. You will also assist our guests with game issues, redemption, golf questions, & party questions. The Game Room Staff, provides the ultimate birthday party & other group events. You will work hard at providing outstanding customer service and making our valued customers feel like a part of our Nifty’s family.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects
- Other additional tasks management may need assistance with
- Redemption & Golf Counter_
- Maintain redemption
- Presents guest check to each guest and accepts approved form of payment
- Makes correct change or completes the proper charge card procedure
- Thank patrons and kindly invites them back for future outings
- Assist customers on and off the golf course
- Maintain the golf course greens, trash, and equipment
- Party Hosting/Serving_
- Lead the party through various activities
- Write down and prepare the food for party at various stages
- Provide the guests with their party favors and game cards
- Stay with guests for the duration of their party
- Presents guest check to each guest and accepts approved form of payment
- Makes correct change or completes the proper charge card procedure
- Thanks patrons and kindly invites them back for future outings
- Stay with guests for the duration of their party
