Night Custodian

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep assigned area clean and neat at all times; sweeping all rooms, vacuuming all carpeted areas, cleaning all bathrooms and fountain facilities, dust mopping corridors, washing and waxing as needed, cleaning of windows. Clean immediate area outside of school - sidewalks, stairs and grounds. Snow removal and sand sidewalk areas as needed. Ability to complete minor maintenance repairs. Report necessary repairs to and respond to special requests by the Principal, Director of Buildings and Grounds and or Head Custodian within the range of custodial duties.

Pay: From $52,879.00 per year
