**Responsibilities**:

- Communicates regularly with clients and franchises to maintain strong relationships.
- Provide quality customer service by understanding the customer and needs and how best to maximize

their business model while also working with our franchisees and established partners to ensure we
can schedule and deliver world-class ‘Knock Your Socks Off’ service.
- Strong work ethic with a total commitment to finding success each and every day.
- Up-to-date knowledge base of the entire line of service offerings.
- Works to establish add-on business opportunities with existing customers.
- Taking ownership of finding unique ways to accomplish new and/or difficult requests.
- Provide pricing and scheduling availability for quotes and sales for customers via phone and/or

**Experience**:

- Product knowledge related to Service or Commercial products or solutions.
- Experience working in a team-based environment, building and maintaining positive relationships

with people, customers, vendors, and employees
- Organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Professional demeanor both on the phone and in person
- Verbal/written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of

the organization
- Experience in a position that deals directly with providing world-class customer service to clients

(front-line)
- Basic PC knowledge (i.e. Windows, Word, Excel, E-mail, G-Suite)
