**Kolby's Klipz Pet Grooming**

Nominated as one of Pocono's Best Dog Groomers, Kolby's Klipz Pet Grooming is looking for a skilled groomer to work in a fast-paced, high volume, full-service dog grooming salon. **Must have dog grooming experience.**

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work from 8:00am-5:00pm weekdays and have Saturday availability. 5-day work week.**:

- Must be punctual and have reliable transportation to and from the shop.**
**-**Must be willing to work with all breeds/sizes of dog and occasionally cats.
**- **Must have: a solid understanding of animal behavior; the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time; the ability to lift heavy equipment and animals;
- excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to groom all types of dogs including small dogs (less than 40 pounds), large dogs (more than 80 pounds), including puppies.
- Ability to groom all types of hair including long hair pets such as cats and dogs.
- Ability to use basic shears and other grooming equipment such as clippers.
- Ability to follow grooming instructions given by the groomer.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Be available for occasional weekend appointments.

**Compensation**: Pay ranges $1000-$1500/week plus tips.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
