Bartender

At Outta Boundz (Coming in June 2023), our Bartenders are the life of the party, crafting cocktails, pouring beers, and serving up great food, drinks, and FUN for all Guests As a skilled mixologist, you'll create a welcoming environment and are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. With an in-depth knowledge of our menu, you'll confidently make great food and beverage suggestions that will leave a lasting impression. Above all, you are committed to maintaining the highest standards in safety and sanitation, ensuring our Guests' health and happiness.

**Responsibilities**:
*Craft a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, according to customers' orders. *Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking and processing orders accurately using our POS system and handling cash and credit card transactions with ease. *Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly functioning and adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. *Ensure all alcoholic beverages are served in compliance with legal regulations and company policies, checking customer IDs to ensure they are of legal drinking age and refusing service to any customers who appear to be intoxicated. *Collaborate with other team members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure that all customers receive prompt and efficient service. *Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in the industry by participating in regular training sessions. *Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in high-pressure situations.

**Position Requirements**:
*1 year of experience as a bartender or in a related role. *Guest-focused mindset, committed to providing exceptional service to every Guest. *Ability to work collaboratively with other team members in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. *21+ years of age with Alcohol Certification, as required. *Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests. *Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. *Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus, but not required. *
