Shop Foreman

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Shop Foreman to join our team and oversee the management and maintenance of tools and equipment in our facilities. The Shop Foreman has many responsibilities varying and not limited to the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
- Meet with management to deliver feedback and develop work optimization strategies.
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols.
- Proven work experience as shop foreman or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ordering various materials or supplies.
- Receive products and verify if shipment is all accounted for before signing.
- Distributing products and or equipment.
- Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
- Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Work with Operations Manager to establish good warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.
- Ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and is in good operable use before sending out to field.
- Has experience in hauling trailers.
- Has experience in maneuvering trailers.
- Has experience in operating machinery.

Qualifications:

- Valid DL and clean driving record
- At least 2 years' experience as shop foreman or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, outlook
- Mechanical skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Problem solving skills is a must
- Excellent in time management
- Willingness to work long hours and Overtime if needed
- Must be 25 or older

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
