2.1 Proficient in light manufacturing and assembly equipment such as PCB

soldering stations, wire cutters/strippers, etc.

2.2 2 -4 years of medical device assembly experience is required.

2.3 Laser/optical assembly experience is a plus

2.4 Ability to stand for long periods

2.5 Basic reading and math skills

2.6 Attention to detail

**3.0 Job requirements**

3.1 Must be analytical, observant, patient and communicative when it comes to the

precise nature of their work.

3.2 Responsible to ensure that products perform their proposed functions in a satisfactory

manner.

3.3 Responsible for setting up, carrying out and reporting of experiments,

troubleshooting, and manufacturing testing of medical device products.

3.4 Responsible for assembling and light manufacturing.

3.5 Responsible for testing products and prototype devices.

3.6 Responsible to monitor and manipulate the instruments and processes being used to

test medical device products. These tasks can include assembling, calibrating,

improving and performing maintenance on test equipment.

3.7 Completes assigned test/repair related tasks

3.8 Performs device testing to verify its quality

3.9 Labels and pack the completed products

3.10 Maintains a clean work area

3.11 Works well in a team environment and as an individual contributor

3.12 Has the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the company

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
