**IMMEDIATELY HIRING FOR 2ND & 3RD.**
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Review updates, quality alerts and sign process book at the beginning of shift
- Review die-running condition with previous shift operator and inspector
- Report any deviations to supervisor.
- Responsible for the proper operation of all associated equipment
- Ensure air blow & sprayers cycles properly
- Verify that no foreign material is left between die halves to ensure proper machine operation
- Verify that slide pockets are clean
- Ensure that furnace is turned up/down based on if machine is running or not
- Complete a visual quality check of a casting every 15 minutes. (If running more than one line, inspection time is every 30 minutes)
- Assist die repair as needed, when machine is down
- Process parts, inspection, certify, file, grind, etc.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor
**Education / Training / Experience Required**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Prior quality/inspecting experience preferred
- Previous die casting experience preferred
**Minimum requirements (training, experience, education)**:
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds repetitively
- Must be able calculate basic math functions
Pay: From $29.49 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
