**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct land surveys using advanced equipment such as GPS, GIS, and CAD software
- Analyze survey data to create accurate maps, plot plans, and legal descriptions
- Utilize tools like Revit, MicroStation, and Carlson for drafting and design purposes
- Perform data collection in the field and ensure the accuracy of measurements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

**Requirements**:
You must have a New York State Land Surveyor’s License and current registration AND be a qualified employee of New York State

- Proficiency in land surveying techniques and principles
- Strong knowledge of algebra, trigonometry, and geometry for accurate calculations
- Familiarity with GPS technology for precise location mapping
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
