**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide them with assistance in selecting the right products or services
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system
- Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock and placing orders with suppliers through our supply chain management system
- Coordinate with the shipping and receiving department to ensure timely delivery of products
- Assist customers with part look ups and provide recommendations for repairs or parts
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information, orders, and inventory records
- Collaborate with the procurement management team to source OEM parts and accessories
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive parts environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
