**Duties**:
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation tasks
- Utilize 10-key typing for data entry
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Utilize QuickBooks Online, Desktop and Enterprise accounting software to manage financial data
- Conduct double-entry bookkeeping
- Ensure accuracy in debit and credit entries
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks accounting software
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Ability to perform account reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner
We are not looking for anyone who has only processed accounts receivable, accounts payable, or payroll. The successful people will be those who understand accounting principles, know how to reconcile bank and general ledger accounts, and understand a general ledger.
The job will require some time in the office in Ontario as well as remote. Typically it would be in the office two days per week.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
