**Organization: St. Patrick Catholic Church & School**
Position Summary:
St. Patrick Catholic Church & School seeks a versatile and dynamic individual to serve as the Finance, Marketing, and Office Administrator. This role involves overseeing financial operations, coordinating marketing initiatives, and managing administrative functions for our church and school catering to students from PK3 to Grade 8.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
- Budget management, payroll oversight, and accounts payable/receivable handling.
- Preparation of financial reports and statements for Church & school leadership.
- Liaison with vendors and suppliers for financial transactions and partnerships.
2. Marketing:
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies to boost school visibility.
- Creation of marketing collateral like brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Maintenance of social media accounts and website content to engage with parents and the community.
3. Office Administration:
- Provision of administrative support to Church & school staff, students, and parents.
- Coordination of Church & school events, meetings, and calendars.
- Maintenance of precise records and files, including student and staff documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in financial management, marketing, and office administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
